Comfortable, clean and beautiful. Food is beautiful and delicious. Love the food truck by the pool. The French restaurant was my favorite. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Service was excellent and the pool was fun and very entertaining our room was clean, spacious and smelled good. This is my 4th time, and I came this time with my bestie friend and she loved!! We love the bull riding See you next time for my 5th visit.
I loved my experience here. The weather was great for this time of year. The beach was amazing and you can swim right from the resort. All the restaurants had amazing food and great service. You do not walk far without someone asking if you need a drink! Excellent food and plenty of drinks. Choices for everyone with all different taste preferences. They ask about allergies at every meal and do make accomodations. One person in our group has a gluten allergy and had great options!
Our stay at the Valentin was nothing short of amazing! This resort came HIGHLY recommended to us by our travel agent and many friends and it did not disappoint! Upon arrival we were greeted with a cool towel to freshen up and taken to the lobby and given a glass of champagne, which was delicious! We stayed for 5 nights and honestly, I wish we could’ve stayed longer! The staff were so friendly and witty, they always had us laughing! Around the pool, there was always staff coming around to take our orders, we were never thirsty that’s for sure! The food was great, any restaurant we went to. They put so much effort into really making it a fine dining experience. The churro cart was 10/10 like everyone told us it would be. The nightly entertainment was top notch, I had no idea there would be shows every night and at such an impressive level. I cannot recommend this place enough, we will be retuning in the future!
The rooms are very spacious and elegant. Updated and excellent. This is our 4th time here and the service was top notch as always. The food and drinks are excellent! We’re also happy that they added dedicated smoking areas throughout the resort. The only thing I would recommend is adding seating areas (chairs or benches) at each smoking area. We will definitely be back in the future.
We had a large group staying here for our 40th birthdays and had an amazing experience. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. We tried a few of the restaurants and the food was all good. The resort is large and there is always something to do; the larger pool is very fun and offers different in pool activities (aerobics, spinning, Zumba). Cafe Sisal has delicious coffee and gelato! Every single staff member I encountered was incredibly friendly and helpful. The Goteam entertainment staff were all so friendly and helped make the trip extra fun!
Like the size of the resort not overly big. The food was very nice. Excellent breakfast, Carlos is a terrific waiter. . All inclusive can’t be beat. Weather was perfect the whole time. The beach is unbelievable and the main pool was an all day experience, we didn’t want to leave. Enchanting jungle environment with cute little wild animals - birds etc all over, so much fun.

From Bluetooth in the room to the daily upkeep to ensure a pristine beach, everything feels intentional and well maintained. Even the nightly turndown service reflects the care they take to ensure guests feel genuinely pampered. The food far exceeds expectations for an all-inclusive. The churros alone are incredible and worth mentioning. Activities are well-curated, never intrusive, and add to the overall experience without taking away from the resort’s relaxing atmosphere. Exceptional service, cuisine, beautiful grounds, and an overall sense of refined indulgence. 10/10 recommend for anyone seeking a relaxing, upscale getaway where every detail is anticipated and your needs are met. Excited to return again!
I came here with my husband for our honeymoon. It was our first time and it was absolutely amazing!! We’re already trying to book our next trip and are trying to plan one for the father in law. The staff was so sweet, the service was top notch, they genuinely tried to ensure you were always having a good time. The grounds were stunning and always up-kept. The beach was beautiful and the pools were so much fun! Always had some kind of entertainment going on so you always have something to do. We enjoyed every resteraunt, you can tell they really try to make delicious selections and please everyone. We were here for Valentine’s Day and did the dinner on the beach which was AMAZING and sooo beautiful We ran into many people who have come back every year for at least 10 years, we hope to be able to do it as well, so amazing and thank you to everyone for making it such an amazing vacation! Special thank you to some of the staff who made it extra special, Ricardo, Donovan, and Armando, the night staff at the coffee shop and pictured is Jesus who was the sweetest! We can’t wait to come back
